Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) is a copolymer produced by polymerization of ethylene and α-olefin (such as butene-L hexene-1) at low pressure. It is low and medium density polyethylene with short chains branching. LLDPE has a narrow molecular weight distribution.
The design production capacity of Zhejiang Dexin Petrochemical Phase I and Phase II LLDPE plants is 450,000 tons/year, and the total production capacity is 900,000 tons per year, this LLDPE Plant has selected the Unipol process (low pressure gas-phase fluidized bed technology) of US Univation company, The product has strong tensile and impact strength and excellent properties to resist puncture and impact at low temperatures.
Applications
LLDPE is mainly used for making film injection-molding products, rotationally-molding products and wire & cable cover-ing material.
